Summary

As introduced, requires clerks and masters of the chancery courts, county clerks, clerks of the probate, criminal, circuit, and special courts, county trustees, registers of deeds, general sessions court clerks, juvenile court clerks, and sheriffs to pay all money accrued by such county official by virtue of appointment by a court as a special commissioner, trustee, or receiver to the county trustee as part of the county revenue. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 22.
