Summary
As enacted, restricts persons under the age of 18 from having access to vapor products; revises related provisions and urges the department of agriculture to study effects of the sale and distribution of vapor products to persons under 18 years of age; requires the department of health to implement comprehensive tobacco prevention programs. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 39; Title 47; Title 49; Title 62; Title 63 and Title 68.
