Summary
As enacted, revises the definitions of "compounding" and "dispense" in the Pharmacy Practice Act; exempts hospital pharmacies compounding for inpatients of a hospital from the requirement that sterile compounding pharmacies quarterly report the quantity of sterile compounded products dispensed. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 10.
