Summary

As introduced, requires the bureau to contract with at least one managed care organization that is partnered with a provider participation entity; establishes eligibility requirements for such entities to contract with TennCare; prohibits TennCare from choosing managed care organizations through a request for proposal or competitive bidding process beginning January 1, 2024; and makes other various changes. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56; Title 68 and Title 71.
