As introduced, changes from $50,000 to $100,000 the minimum tangible net worth required for an applicant to qualify for a flex loan license; changes from 10 percent to 20 percent the level shareholder whose competence, experience, integrity, and financial ability the commissioner of financial institutions may review to determine an applicant's fitness for licensure, and who may be required to consent to a criminal records history check in connection with a license application or renewal. - Amends TCA Title 45, Chapter 12; Title 45, Chapter 18; Title 45, Chapter 5 and Title 45, Chapter 7.
