Summary

As introduced, requires financial service providers and employees of financial service providers to report reasonably suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation of elderly or vulnerable persons to adult protective services in the same manner that all other persons are required to do so. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 15, Part 5; Title 45, Chapter 2, Part 12 and Title 71, Chapter 6.
