Summary

As introduced, permits authorities formed and certified by municipalities under the Municipal Energy Authority Act to have certain water and wastewater treatment powers to the extent that the authority’s exercise of such powers does not conflict with any ordinances or rules adopted by another local government having jurisdiction over such matters. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 68.
