Summary

As introduced, removes provisions that required the department of health to provide reviewed recommendations, previously developed to protect nursing home residents from vendors and others who would seek to provide inappropriate or unneeded goods and services, to legislative committees by the second Tuesday in January 2010. - Amends TCA Title 68 and Title 71.
