Summary
As introduced, enacts the "Tennessee Employer Assisted Housing Development Program and Fund Act"; requires the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, subject to appropriation, to contribute to employers who participate in the program; creates a credit from the franchise and excise tax for employers who participate. - Amends amend TCA Title 4; Title 13; Title 50 and Title 67.
