Summary
As enacted, enacts the "One Pill Will Kill Act," which adds fentanyl, carfentanil, remifentanil, alfentanil, and thiafentanil to what constitutes a qualifying controlled substance for purposes of certain felony offenses. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
