Summary

As introduced, requires this state and the county in which the person resided to pay up to $2,000 for the burial or cremation of a person who dies from COVID-19 if the person's family is financially unable to pay for a proper burial or cremation of the person. - Amends TCA Title 5, Chapter 9; Title 9 and Title 46.
