Summary
As introduced, removes an obsolete reference regarding when the department of health must provide recommendations related to protecting nursing home residents from vendors and others who would seek to provide inappropriate or unneeded goods and services, or otherwise divert personal needs allowance funds for uses other than meeting residents' personal needs. - Amends TCA Title 68 and Title 71.
