Summary

As enacted, requires the health related boards and the boards attached to the division of regulatory boards to develop a procedure to expedite the licensing or certification of persons who were licensed or certified in another state and accompanied their spouse, who is the subject of a military transfer, to Tennessee; requires regulatory boards to develop methods to allow certain persons to perform professional services for a limited period of time. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 13; Title 62 and Title 68.
