As introduced, requires the distinctive series of letters and numbers required to be displayed on registration plates to be randomly selected and determined without regard to whether an owner or lessee of a motor vehicle is issued a registration plate that displays the language "In God We Trust." - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 4.
