Summary

As introduced, raises, from 70 mph to 75 mph, the maximum statutory speed limit on a highway of the interstate and defense highway system or a four-lane controlled-access highway which are federal or state highways; raises, from 55 mph to 60 mph, the minimum statutory speed limit in the left lane of such highways; makes other related revisions. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 8.
