Summary
As enacted, adds to the current list of advisory factors that a court must consider, but is not bound by, in determining whether to enhance a defendant's sentence whether the defendant committed an assaultive offense, criminal homicide, kidnapping, false imprisonment, robbery, or a sexual offense while engaged in the performance of official duties as a law enforcement officer. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
