Summary

As introduced, enacts the "Operation Comeback Act," which directs the department to develop a tutoring program to provide access to high-quality tutoring services to students enrolled in kindergarten through grade three to combat student learning loss resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. - Amends TCA Title 49.
