Summary

As introduced, mandates an executor or administrator of an estate to send a document outlining the probate process to beneficiaries of the estate within 30 days of receipt of letters testamentary or letters of administration; requires an executor or administrator to send a disclosure to beneficiaries regarding financial obligations and real property of the estate; makes other related changes. - Amends TCA Title 16; Title 30 and Title 35, Chapter 15.
