Summary
As introduced, enacts the "Racial Profiling Prevention Training Act," which prohibits a law enforcement officer from using a person's race or ethnicity to form probable cause or reasonable suspicion to stop a vehicle and requires state and local law enforcement agencies to adopt a policy and implement an annual training program regarding racial profiling. - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 41 and Title 55.
