Summary
As introduced, subject to local approval, allows the local legislative body of the City of Spencer to pass resolutions by one meeting and one reading, instead of two; makes the mayor a full-time mayor, rather than a ceremonial head of the city; and allows the mayor, rather than the city administrator, to perform the duties of recorder if the recorder should become disabled. - Amends Chapter 179 of the Private Acts of 1923; as amended and rewritten by.
