Summary

As introduced, rewrites the definition of exploitation of an adult to include the use of deception, intimidation, undue influence, force, or threat of force to exert unauthorized control over an elderly or vulnerable adult's property; breach of a fiduciary duty by the person's guardian, conservator, or agent; and exercising control over an elderly or vulnerable adult's property without consent. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 71.
