Summary

As introduced, authorizes municipalities in counties recognized by the department of economic and community development as tier 3 or tier 4 counties to provide incentives that promote the development of single-family housing through contributions to industrial development corporations. - Amends TCA Title 6, Chapter 54 and Title 7, Chapter 53.
