Summary
As introduced, authorizes utilities to be placed below, along or adjacent to a county road or county road right-of-way with permission of the head of the county highway department; makes various other revisions to the Tennessee County Uniform Highway Law governing the placement of utilities and other obstacles and obstructions in county roads or rights-of-way of county roads. - Amends TCA Section 54-7-201.
