Summary
Subject to local approval, increases the maximum threshold, from $50,000 to $100,000, that the board of directors of the Bolivar Energy Authority is authorized to set for purchases by the chief executive officer that do not require board approval. - Amends Chapter 130 of the Private Acts of 2006.
