Summary
As enacted, authorizes a county or municipality to hire employees or appoint volunteers to direct traffic within a school zone if certain conditions are met; establishes a Class C misdemeanor for a motor vehicle operator who knowingly ignores a regulatory or warning sign for the dropping off or picking up of students. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 54 and Title 55.
