Summary
As introduced, specifies that the 25 percent tuition discount for children of state employees, public school teachers, and LEA technology coordinators is only available if the child has first earned an associate degree using a Tennessee Promise scholarship, Community College Reconnect Grant, or Tennessee reconnect grant. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 50; Title 49, Chapter 7 and Title 49, Chapter 4.
