Summary
As introduced, requires the commissioner of agriculture to submit an annual report to the general assembly listing the names and addresses of slaughterhouse establishments at which the commissioner has confirmed, through ante mortem and post mortem inspections, the existence of unwholesome or adulterated livestock and poultry carcasses intended for use as human food. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 2; Title 43 and Title 53, Chapter 7.
