Summary

As introduced, authorizes, beginning with the One Hundred Fourteenth General Assembly, a member of the general assembly to accept an alternative salary of $48,999, provided that the member must not receive expenses or per diem; permits the member to donate the difference in salary to a charitable organization; authorizes a member who accepts the alternative salary to revert to the standard salary calculation in a subsequent biennial general assembly. - Amends TCA Title 3.
