Summary
As enacted, specifies that the commissioner of agriculture has exclusive authority and jurisdiction over all matters related to the regulation of seed except as otherwise provided by the Tennessee Drug Control Act or any other state statute; requires commissioner to maintain a scheme for regulating seed that is uniform across the state. - Amends TCA Title 43, Chapter 10.
