Summary
As enacted, removes the requirement that a distance education course using computer-based or online materials or formats be certified by certain certifying bodies in order to be approved by the Tennessee real estate commission as qualifying continuing education if the course is a synchronous course. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 13.
