Summary
As introduced, abolishes the current state trial court districts effective August 31, 2022; directs TACIR to propose and recommend a statewide judicial redistricting plan; creates a joint legislative committee to review the TACIR plan and to make recommendations to the general assembly; provides for recurring redistricting review. - Repeals TCA Section 16-2-506.
