Summary

As introduced, permits a person to petition the court for the expunction of multiple convictions provided all the offenses are currently eligible for expunction, the petitioner has completed all requirements of each sentence, and five years have elapsed since the most recent offense. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 32.
