Summary

As enacted, removes the requirement that every distiller, rectifier, vintner, and importer selling distilled spirits or wines to licensed wholesalers in this state send a duplicate invoice to the commissioner of revenue whenever the alcoholic beverages are originally invoiced to the wholesaler. - Amends TCA Section 57-6-201.
