Summary
As introduced, prohibits the department from requiring a person to resubmit verifiable fingerprint samples for subsequent background checks; requires the department and any department contractor or agent to retain fingerprint samples and to submit them at no cost for future background checks of the same person; corrects a reference to background check disclosure forms. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 3, Part 5.
