Summary

As enacted, requires the department of labor and workforce development, in consultation with the department of corrections, if so requested, to report to the governor and general assembly on existing pilot programs that focus on work programs for the successful reentry of individuals to the workforce who have been convicted of a felony. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 41 and Title 50.
