Summary

As introduced, requires the department, the department of children's services, the Tennessee council of juvenile and family court judges, and state and local law enforcement agencies to each submit a separate report to the general assembly listing all diversion and educational programs provided by the entity for justice-involved youth; requires the report to include program participation demographics and to be submitted to the general assembly by no later than July 1, 2024. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 6; Title 4, Chapter 6; Title 37; Title 38 and Title 41.
