Summary
As introduced, reduces, from no later than 60 days to no later than 50 days, the time after receiving an initial report of child abuse or child sexual abuse within which the department of children's services or child protective investigation team must determine whether the reported abuse was indicated or unfounded and report the findings to the department's abuse registry. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 33; Title 37; Title 39; Title 49; Title 63 and Title 71.
