Summary
As introduced, requires the bureau of TennCare to report to the chair of the health and welfare committee of the senate and the chair of the health committee of the house by January 31 of each year on the number of abortions paid for by the medical assistance program during the prior calendar year that comply with the exceptions permitted by budget statute. - Amends TCA Title 9; Title 37; Title 39; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
