Summary

As introduced, provides that it is not considered the "practice of law" for the president of a corporation, limited liability corporation or the owner of a sole proprietor company to appear in court representing the corporation for the sole purpose of collecting debt owed the corporation provided that no single debt exceeds $1,000. - Amends TCA Title 23, Chapter 3.
