Summary

As introduced, requires the appointment of a district attorney pro tem if the district attorney has a conflict in regard to a petition for expunction of criminal records concerning an offense committed while protesting a law or ordinance designed to maintain or enforce racial segregation or racial discrimination, the conviction for which occurred 37 or more years ago, - Amends TCA Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 53; Title 55 and Title 71.
