Summary

As introduced, excludes property leased by a public entity to a non-governmental entity pursuant to a lease that conveys to the non-governmental entity the exclusive right to operate the property from the definition of "public property" as that term is used by the department to establish priority for vending operations for blind individuals. - Amends TCA Title 71.
