Summary

As introduced, requires magistrates who order defendants to carry or wear a GPS device to annually report to the department the number of defendants ordered to do so; requires the department to compile the reports and submit the compilation to the judiciary committee of the senate and the criminal justice committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 40 and Section 55-10-402.
