Summary

As introduced, prohibits the department of human services from deducting the $25.00 child support enforcement fee required to be collected by the federal government from child support awards, and requires instead that the noncustodial parent pay the fee in addition to any child support owed to the custodial parent. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 36, Chapter 5 and Title 71, Chapter 1.
