Summary
As introduced, decreases, from 60 days to 50 days, the amount of time from the date the board of veterinary medical examiners receives a completed application for initial licensure to practice veterinary medicine from an applicant that the board must either render a decision on the application or inform the applicant of the need to appear before the board. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 63.
