Summary

As introduced, increases the age limit from 21 to 25 for a person's eligibility to receive the school bus endorsement on a driver license; persons between the ages of 21 and 25 years will be grandfathered for purposes of seeking a renewal of an existing endorsement. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 21 and Title 55.
