Summary
As enacted, requires members of certain utility boards of commissioners to meet training and continuing education requirements; provides that failure to meet such requirements could result in the ineligibility to receive certain financial assistance, or for members to be reelected or reappointed. - Amends TCA Section 7-34-115; Section 7-35-409; Section 7-82-307; Section 7-82-308; Section 68-221-1305; Section 68-221-605 and Section 68-221-1206.
Title
