Summary
As introduced, creates state veterans' burial assistance fund to be administered by commissioner of veterans affairs; funds shall consist of any funds from U.S. Veterans Affairs for plot allowance for burials of state veterans and dependents and any state appropriation or private donation. - Amends TCA Section 8-30-306; Section 49-7-102; Title 58, Chapter 7; Title 58, Chapter 3 and Section 67-5-704.
