Summary
As introduced, creates two adult recovery court senior judge positions to be appointed by the supreme court from a list of retired certified recovery court judge applicants compiled by the department of mental health and substance abuse services to hold adult recovery court, such as drug courts, DUI courts, mental health courts and veterans treatment courts, when an adult recovery court judge is unable to hold court due to resignation, retirement, death or other unavailability. - Amends TCA Title 17.
