Summary
As enacted, allows a juvenile who has been adjudicated delinquent for conduct that, if committed by an adult, would constitute certain offenses to be committed to the department for a period of one year. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1, Part 1 and Title 39, Chapter 13.
