Summary
As enacted, replaces one county elected commissioner position on the board of commissioners for the Citizens Gas Utility District of Scott and Morgan counties with an at-large commissioner position, with such change to coincide with the district's August 2025 election. - Amends Chapter 225 of the Public Acts of 1959.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Public Acts of 1959, as amended by Chapter 237 of the Public Acts of 1977, Chapter 176 of the Public Acts of 1993, and any other acts amendatory thereto, relative to the Citizens Gas Utility District of Scott County, Tennessee, and Morgan County, Tennessee.
